# Hence > Hence is an iPhone app for tracking body change. It measures your waist and torso from a mirror selfie, lays an earlier scan's outline over today's photo so you can see where your body changed, and keeps meals, workouts, sleep, weight and supplements on the same timeline. Website: https://hence.fit ## What it does - Mirror scan: torso widths and waist in real centimeters from a normal mirror selfie. The scale comes from things of known size already in the photo: the phone's own reflection, the spacing of your eyes (measured by the front camera) and, on iPhones with LiDAR, the distance to the mirror. No tape, tripod or body suit. - Compare: two mirror photos taken weeks apart, lined up at the same scale, with the earlier outline drawn on top and a slider to fade between the photos. - Meals: type what you ate (one food per comma) for calories and macros from a built-in food database; photo optional. - Apple Health: sleep, workouts and weight imported read-only. - Supplements and routines: schedules, reminders and a log of what was taken. - Progress: everything since a starting point you choose (a date or an event), on one chart. - Units: cm or in, kg or lb, for any input. ## What it doesn't do - No body fat percentage estimates and no medical advice. - iPhone only. Scans need a Face ID front camera, so iPhone SE models and the iPhone Duo can't scan yet (Duo support is in the works); the rest of the app works on them. No Android version yet. ## Pricing - $29.99 per year with a 7-day free trial, or $0.99 per week. - Waitlist members get their first month free: https://hence.fit ## Privacy Scan photos are only shown to the user.
